The Krajani company is owned by the Franolić family and began its business in 1998. We process the fish in our factory located in the small village of Nenadići, on the island of Krk, respecting strict veterinary and hygiene regulations and using high manufacturing technology. At the same time, we salt and marinate the fish according to the recipes of our “old folk”.
The processed fish comes exclusively from our region and is purchased along the Adriatic coast and in particular from local fishermen. We process around 1,000 tons of fish a year.
